Four products.
One integrated system.
Everything your estate needs at the entrance, the gates and the guardhouse, made by one company and covered by one subscription.
The same published rates
for every estate.
No hidden tiers. The bigger the estate, the less each home pays.
Before GST, on a 3-year subscription. Installation is quoted separately. Estates under 34 units pay small-estate pricing: never more than S$8 per home a month, with a S$99 monthly minimum.
No large purchase
for your AGM to approve.
A traditional intercom system is a large upfront purchase, followed by repair bills once the warranty ends. A subscription replaces both with one predictable monthly fee.
The unlimited warranty covers the Schonell equipment supplied with your subscription, for as long as you subscribe. Installation, cabling and building works are the installer’s responsibility.
Try it in your own estate.
Then decide.
We install Interphone Cloud at your front gate and one block, free of charge and on loan. Your residents use it every day, and your council decides on what it has seen working.

Pricing questions
Yes. Lobby panels, access readers and the guardhouse iPad with Interphone Concierge are included in your monthly subscription, and maintained for as long as you subscribe. There is no upfront hardware purchase.
Four products that work as one system: Interphone Cloud, the lobby intercom visitors call from; Interphone Concierge, the guard intercom on an iPad; Schonell Access, for doors, gates and lifts; and the Schonell App, with visitor passes, bookings, payments and estate notices for residents. Maintenance and unlimited warranty on the Schonell equipment are included for as long as you subscribe.
The monthly subscription covers the Schonell equipment, software, maintenance and warranty in your proposal. Installation, cabling and building works are a one-time cost, quoted separately after a site assessment. Anything outside the standard subscription is listed in your proposal before you sign, so there are no surprises later.
Because we make the whole system ourselves: the lobby intercom, the access readers, the guardhouse software and the app. There is no middleman’s margin in your price. Everything runs on one cloud platform shared by every estate, and most faults are found and fixed remotely, so our running costs stay low. The equipment cost is spread across a 3-year subscription, and we earn it back over the years estates stay with us.
Installation is quoted separately, as a one-time cost. It depends on your estate’s existing infrastructure, intercom points, cabling and site requirements, so a site assessment is needed to price it. It is never part of the monthly subscription, and you see the quote before you sign.
You may ask to use your preferred electrical or installation contractor, subject to a technical assessment and approval by Schonell. Or we can connect you with an authorised Schonell distributor. Either way, the Schonell equipment is covered by your subscription’s warranty, and the installation work is covered by whoever installs it.
It depends on your estate’s existing equipment, wiring and layout. Some cabling and fittings may be reusable, while other parts may need replacing to work with the Schonell system. A site assessment shows what can stay, and the installation quote reflects it.
The Schonell equipment supplied with your subscription, such as lobby panels, access readers and the guardhouse iPad, for as long as you subscribe. If a covered device develops a fault, we repair or replace it. Installation, cabling and building works are not part of the subscription; they are the installer’s responsibility.
Contact Schonell or your authorised distributor. We troubleshoot the fault and repair or replace covered Schonell equipment, with no repair bill. If the fault is in the cabling or installation work, the installer puts it right.
Our standard subscription is three years. The prices on this page are monthly prices on a 3-year subscription, before GST.
No. Every resident gets the Schonell App as part of the estate’s subscription.
The price is a fixed estate fee of S$199 a month plus S$1.99 per home, so in a smaller estate fewer homes share the estate fee. To keep it fair, estates under 34 units pay small-estate pricing: never more than S$8 per home a month, with a S$99 monthly minimum. The calculator applies it for you.
Yes. We install Interphone Cloud at your front gate and one block on loan, free of charge, so your management team and residents can use it before you commit.
One system.
One predictable fee.
No large upfront hardware purchase. No separate maintenance contract. Tell us about your estate, and we’ll send a proposal showing your subscription and installation costs separately.
