Every intercom, access reader, access card and the resident app comes from us, so none of it sits in your project budget. Your M&E contractor simply installs it.
S$0 for the equipment.
Intercom, access control and the condo app.
We supply every intercom, access reader, access card and the resident app, with no equipment cost to the developer. Your M&E contractor installs the system, and the estate starts one transparent monthly subscription from TOP.

for the equipment. No intercoms, readers, cards or app licence to buy.
from TOP, at published rates. Hardware, warranty, cloud and support included.
The app is free for every resident, with no subscription of their own.
Already running Singapore condos.
Since 2014.
A Singapore sovereign cloud, run by us.
Every record lives in the Singapore sovereign cloud we operate ourselves. PDPA compliant, with nothing sent overseas.
Less to buy. Less to build.
Nothing left to fix.
A faulty panel or reader is ours to fix, not a defect claim against your project. The unlimited warranty runs from day one, for as long as the estate subscribes.
No on-site servers and no server room. Panels need only power and an internet connection, with up to 90% less cabling.
The same app residents will use: video intercom, visitor passes, bookings and PayNow billing. A tangible selling point in your sales gallery.
We make the intercom, access control and condo app, and run the cloud behind them. One team answers to your consultant, your contractor and, after handover, the estate.
What the estate will pay is public, the same rates every Schonell estate pays. Nothing for buyers or the future council to discover later.
Let buyers try it
before they buy.
Don’t tell buyers their future home is smart. Let them try it. A working panel in your gallery: buyers scan it with their own phone, no app needed, and the call rings a demo phone, video and all. One tap opens the door. Then they explore visitor passes, bookings and payments on the resident app. It’s the same system they’ll use after TOP.

What developers ask us
Who pays for the system?
Nothing is charged to the developer for the equipment: we supply the intercoms, access readers, access cards and the resident app. From TOP, the estate pays one monthly subscription of S$199 for the estate plus S$1.99 per unit, before GST, the same published rates as every Schonell estate.
How long is the subscription?
Three years from TOP, at our published rates. After that first term, the estate can continue on the same published rates.
What does the estate get for it?
Every intercom, access reader and access card, the cloud platform and telephone calling, with repairs and replacements covered by the unlimited warranty. Residents get the full app at no cost to them, and management gets Schonell Manager. No separate maintenance contract, no app licence and no replacement budget.
Do residents pay anything?
No. The app is free for every resident, with no subscription of their own. The estate’s monthly subscription covers it.
Do we still need a separate condo app?
No. The intercom, access control and resident app are one system from one company, so visitors, doors, bookings, payments and notices all live in the same app residents use to answer the door. There is no second vendor to appoint, and nothing to integrate.
Who installs it?
Your M&E contractor, as part of the building’s existing wiring works, following our specification and layout. We supply every piece of equipment and bring the system online. Panels need only power and an internet connection, with no server room to build.
What if something fails, before or after TOP?
The unlimited warranty runs from the day the equipment is installed, through construction and handover, and for as long as the estate subscribes. A faulty Schonell panel, reader or card is ours to repair or replace, so it never becomes a defect claim against your project. Cabling and installation workmanship stay with your M&E contractor, as with any building system.
What if the estate stops subscribing?
If the estate ends its subscription under the service agreement, we collect our equipment, so nothing is left behind as the developer’s responsibility.
Can our consultant specify Schonell?
Yes. Ask for our technical details and we will work with your M&E consultant on the specification and layout.
