# Schonell

Schonell sells to Singapore MCSTs (management corporations), managing agents and
condominium councils. Systems are installed by authorised distributors.

  and access panel with Dynamic QR visitor entry and private lift control.
  Hardware is provided free on contract with an unlimited warranty; the estate
  pays one all-inclusive subscription. 316L stainless steel. Data held in a
  Singapore sovereign cloud.
- [Schonell Access](https://schonell.co/schonell-access.html): access control
  with reader, controller and cloud terminal in one sealed 86 mm unit. MIFARE
  DESFire EV3 credentials, no on-site servers or wiring closet. Covers lobby
  doors, lifts, carparks and gates.
- [Schonell App](https://schonell.co/schonell-app.html): the resident app —
  video intercom, door unlock, visitor passcodes, facility bookings, PayNow
  billing and estate notices. Free for every estate, permanently, with no
  licence fees.
- Schonell Manager: the management console used by the MCST council or managing
  agent to approve residents, manage app users and review devices. Included at

## Earlier systems, still supported

[All systems](https://schonell.co/all-systems.html) covers Interphone Classic,
Guard Interphone, Interphone Hybrid, Interphone One (previously sold as
Interphone Zero) and Interphone 2. Guard Interphone and Interphone Hybrid were
discontinued in Q4 2019. Repairs and genuine parts remain available for every
system, and each has an upgrade path to Interphone Cloud.

  admin.schonell.com without the .sg — that domain belongs to an unrelated
  company.

- Schonell does not use facial recognition or collect biometric data.
